Religh / Legal
Privacy Policy
How Religh handles website visits, project enquiries and correspondence.
About this policy
This policy explains how Religh uses information when you visit religh.com, send a project enquiry or contact us. It covers the public services website and its contact tools.
Client-store access, customer records and work performed within a client’s systems are governed separately by the relevant service and data-processing arrangements. This website does not provide customer accounts, accept online payments or collect payment-card details.
Information you provide
Our enquiry forms ask for your name, email, selected need and timing. These fields are required. The Contact page also requires a short message; the project-brief dialog offers an optional description and phone number. A public store URL is optional. We use the details you choose to provide to understand your request and communicate with you.
Form values remain in the current page until you select Send enquiry. That action sends the completed fields through our website server to a private Telegram enquiry inbox. The form does not send while you are typing. A success message confirms the delivery provider accepted the request; it does not confirm that a person has read it or agreed to a project.
If you email us, the message, attachments, sender information and correspondence are handled through our Lark-hosted mailbox and the mail services involved in delivery. Clicking an email link opens your chosen mail application; it does not automatically send a message.
Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not include passwords, private keys, payment-card information or third-party customer exports. Access to a client system must be arranged through a separately agreed secure process.
Website operation and security
Our hosting and network services process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, requested resource and normal browser or connection metadata. The contact relay uses short-lived hashed client keys and request timing in server memory to limit abuse. These keys are not included in the Telegram enquiry message.
The website relay does not maintain an enquiry database, saved visitor profile or automatic delivery-retry queue. Contact fields are not added to its application logs. Provider security and service records are governed by the relevant provider’s practices.
Fonts, images and videos are served from the website’s own origin. Menus, introductory animation, search filters, media controls and decorative scenes use page memory. The site does not run advertising pixels or session-replay tools.
If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand use of public pages and whether an enquiry was successfully delivered. Google receives technical browser, device and request information, pseudonymous analytics identifiers, public page paths and limited event names. We do not send form answers, report target addresses or site-search text. Measured page addresses exclude query strings and fragments; referral information is limited to the previous website’s origin. The website-report page and embedded project preview are excluded from analytics.
Analytics is optional and relies on your consent. Before you accept, or if you reject, our analytics code makes no request to Google. Rejecting analytics does not affect website access or enquiry delivery. Use Cookie settings to change your choice or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes this site’s analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase data already received by Google. Your browser stores your consent choice for up to 180 days without an analytics identifier.
Why we use information
We use enquiry and correspondence information to review your request, answer questions, discuss a possible engagement and manage any relationship that follows. Technical information supports website delivery, security and abuse prevention.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, requested steps towards a potential service agreement support handling an individual’s enquiry. Relevant business communications and proportionate website security may rely on legitimate interests in responding to requests and preventing misuse. Records required by applicable law are handled for that obligation.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise unrelated advertising. We do not sell enquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. This website makes no automated decision about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
Services involved
The following services support the current website and its communication channels. They receive information relevant to their role; an optional external link is a separate action described below.
| Service | Role and relevant information |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Website delivery and network protection; technical web-request and security information. |
| Hetzner | Website hosting and the private enquiry relay; web-request information and form fields during processing. |
| Telegram | Delivery and storage of the submitted enquiry in a private enquiry inbox. The message contains the form fields, not a visitor IP, browser history or animation state. |
| Lark Mail | Business email correspondence, including sender details, message contents and any attachments you choose to send. |
| Google Analytics 4 | Optional, consent-based measurement of public page visits and confirmed enquiries, using technical request information and pseudonymous analytics identifiers. Enquiry fields are not sent. |
Optional external services
The website report runs here. To run a fresh measurement, we send your public homepage address and selected device to Google PageSpeed Insights through our server. Google returns measured scores, findings and, when available, a screenshot of that homepage. We may reuse a completed measurement for up to five minutes in temporary server and page memory, keeping its original measurement date. Run a fresh check bypasses our saved result and asks Google again. We do not write report history to disk or send your name, email, enquiry fields or website cookies with the analysis. The public address appears in the report URL and can remain in your browser history. Google and your browser apply their own privacy and retention practices.
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude buttons open independent AI services. Where supported, the link includes a fixed public question about Religh; Gemini may copy that question to your clipboard following your click so you can paste it. Enquiry fields are not inserted into these questions.
Social profiles, review sources and other external links open their respective services when selected. Showing a link does not embed the destination’s tracking scripts. After navigation, the destination applies its own terms, privacy settings and storage practices. Do not share confidential client information with an external provider without suitable authority.
Retention and deletion
We retain received enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond, follow up on the request, manage an ongoing engagement or meet applicable recordkeeping and legal obligations. The relevant purpose, status of the relationship and necessary legal records determine the retention period.
Google Analytics is configured to retain event-level and user-level data for two months without resetting retention on new activity. Aggregated reporting can remain available for longer under Google’s reporting practices. Analytics cookies have a configured maximum lifetime of 180 days, without extending their expiry on each page load. The Cookie Policy explains browser storage and how to withdraw consent. Google processes analytics data under its own service and privacy terms, including international processing where applicable. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Unsubmitted form values and ordinary interface state live in the current page. Browser autofill or session restoration can retain values independently of the website. The relay’s abuse-prevention records cover a rolling one-minute window in memory and expire as old entries are removed; they are not a durable enquiry history.
Submitted Telegram messages and received email can persist in those services after the website request ends. You can contact us using the email above to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold. Applicable obligations or a continuing matter may require retaining specific records; deletion from a third party’s independent records is governed by its own responsibilities.
Copied text, browser history and cached resources are controlled through your browser, device and destination-service settings.
International processing
Hosting, network, messaging and mail providers can operate internationally and process information in more than one country. Their privacy notices explain their services and international processing. An external service you choose to visit is responsible for the processing within its own product.
Processing locations and provider practices can vary with the service used. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to your information, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a competent privacy authority. Conditions and lawful exceptions can apply.
To ask a question or exercise an applicable right, contact us using the email above and describe your request. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your data. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive records in an initial message.
The current website does not use targeted advertising or sale/sharing tools for a browser opt-out signal to disable. If website data uses change, we will update this policy and the corresponding controls.
Contact and updates
The email, business phone and website contact route above can be used for privacy questions and enquiries about this policy. The Contact page provides the project-enquiry form; email is also available when you prefer direct correspondence.
We update this policy when relevant website or communication practices change. The date above identifies the latest update; a change to this website policy does not silently change an existing client agreement.
