Religh / Legal
Terms & Conditions
Terms for using religh.com and starting a conversation about your store.
Website and scope
These terms concern religh.com and the information and contact tools presented under the Religh brand. You can contact us using the email, business phone and Contact route above.
The site presents professional e-commerce services and supporting resources. It does not operate a consumer storefront, create client accounts, take online payments or impose an online subscription.
Services and separate agreements
Browsing the website or sending an enquiry does not create a paid engagement, reserve availability or authorise access to a store. Work begins through an agreed quotation, statement of work or other suitable service agreement.
An engagement should define scope, deliverables, price and taxes, schedule, responsibilities, acceptance, change control, intellectual property, confidentiality, data processing, support and termination. Its agreed terms govern the work; these website terms do not silently replace them.
Project enquiries
The enquiry form sends your supplied details when you select Send enquiry. A displayed success confirms acceptance by the delivery provider, not human review, a promised response time or acceptance of a project. If delivery is uncertain, the page keeps your answers and does not retry automatically.
Provide accurate information you are entitled to share. Do not send store passwords, private keys, payment-card information or customer exports through the public form. A website enquiry is not authority to change a live store or access a client account.
Estimates and availability
Service descriptions identify possible work, not a promise that every store, extension, gateway or third-party platform can be supported. Discovery establishes feasibility, dependencies, access and a bounded scope.
Any project price, currency, tax treatment, third-party charge, payment schedule and support arrangement must be agreed for that engagement. Website examples do not impose a fee or guarantee a delivery date.
Client access and data
Before work on a client system, ownership or authority, permissions, environment, data exposure and permitted actions must be agreed. Access should use the permissions and secure methods appropriate to the work.
Production releases, migrations, payment changes and destructive actions require an agreed approval, backup, verification and rollback process. Where work involves processing personal data for a client, suitable data-processing arrangements must be agreed separately.
Permitted use
You may browse the website, follow links and use its informational resources to evaluate services and plan work, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious content, evade access controls, impersonate another person or misuse personal information. Security testing that affects the website or private systems requires authorisation.
Content and brand marks
Religh content and third-party artwork remain subject to their owners’ rights. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership of designs, code, case imagery or trademarks. Rights in commissioned deliverables are defined by the project agreement.
WooCommerce, WordPress, payment, client and AI-provider names and marks identify their respective products or sources. Their appearance does not by itself establish a partnership, sponsorship, certification or endorsement.
Examples and results
Case studies and visual presentations may include project work, dated measurements, concept compositions and illustrative elements. Interpret each result in the context of its page, date, test conditions and agreed scope.
A result, score, animation or design example does not guarantee revenue, conversion, rankings, AI recommendations, uptime or the same result for another business.
Informational resources
Field notes and checklists provide general planning and technical information. They do not replace an assessment of your store, a backup, a scoped repair or professional advice suited to your circumstances.
Before changing a live store, payment configuration or customer database, establish the actual cause, authority, test environment and rollback path appropriate to that change.
External services
AI, PageSpeed, social and review links open independent services. A public question or homepage address may be included as described in the Privacy Policy. The destination applies its own terms, account rules and privacy practices.
External information and AI answers can be incomplete or inaccurate. Confirm service scope, price, availability and commitments directly with Religh before relying on them for an engagement.
Availability and responsibility
The website may change or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. A service agreement defines any agreed availability or support obligations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is supplied for general evaluation without a promise that it is complete, current or suitable for every store. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory rights. Any project-specific warranties, liability provisions and dispute arrangements belong in the separate service agreement.
Privacy, contact and updates
The Privacy Policy describes website information flows and correspondence. The Cookie Policy explains browser storage and optional external navigation. Contact us using the details above if you have a question about these terms.
The update date above identifies the latest version. Updating website terms does not automatically change an existing client agreement.
