A considered move.
A migration is more than a product import. Each included record type and store behavior needs its own checks.
Scroll down to explore the migration work, or swipe across the cards. When this row is focused, use Left and Right, or Home and End.
Know what the platform can provide.
Review export capabilities, licences and the features or records required in the target store.
Confirm source restrictions before including complex transfers in the proposal.
Move the rules as well as the products.
Inventory the agreed pricing, shipping and purchase behavior needed in WooCommerce.
Payment tokens and subscriptions require separate compatibility and transfer validation.
Keep identifiers and relationships clear.
Map representative products, variations and media to the target setup before a wider transfer.
Check counts, field values and relationships rather than relying on import completion alone. Prepare product data for import.
Plan the connections at the target.
Identify the integrations, accounts and event behavior the migrated store will need.
Existing connectors and payment settings may not transfer with the catalog.
Give existing destinations a plan.
Inventory relevant product and category URLs and agree how they map to the target.
Verify the agreed redirect behavior alongside the new templates. Plan product URL redirects.
Rehearse before the live move.
Test representative data and store flows on a separate copy, then plan the final changes and release decisions.
Set acceptance and rollback steps before the live cutover. Read the migration checklist.

A clear estimate.
A shared plan.
The migration scope follows the source platform, the included data and the behavior required in the target store.
What shapes the migration estimate?
Export capabilities, record quality, field mapping, template work and integration needs shape the scope. Each included data type is named explicitly.
Subscriptions, payment tokens, account access and order history may have restrictions requiring separate assessment.
What affects the move?
Source exports, sample data, target readiness and review time affect the sequence. A test transfer is reviewed before the live cutover is planned.
The plan accounts for changes made after the rehearsal and assigns release and rollback decisions to the relevant owners.

the move.
All field notes Plan the move before transferring data.
Inventory records, map fields and rehearse acceptance before a live cutover.

Check identifiers, variations, images and update behavior with representative records.
Give changing product URLs a plan.
Map existing destinations and verify the agreed redirects after a change.
Should your store move to WooCommerce?
Compare the business requirements, platform limits and work involved before committing.
Before we plan the move.
Can everything move from our current platform?
That depends on the source, export capabilities, licences and target setup. Each required data type and feature is checked during discovery.
Can subscription billing continue after a move?
It requires a separate compatibility and transfer assessment with the payment and extension setup. A successful product import does not establish recurring billing compatibility.
How is the migration accepted?
The plan defines data checks, representative store flows, URL checks and owner approval, with a rollback route agreed before the live move.
Will existing product URLs be preserved?
We inventory the relevant URLs and agree their target destinations. Any change needs a mapping and redirect verification plan rather than an assumption that URLs transfer automatically.
What about orders placed after the test export?
The cutover plan identifies changes made after the rehearsal and how the final transfer handles them. Timing and responsibility are agreed before a live move.
Do we need to share live customer records first?
Start with the platform, required record types and business requirements. Data access and transfer are arranged separately with a defined purpose, limited permissions and backup checks.
